This boulangerie offers an abundance of pastries - savory and sweet. The croissant is good and goes well with coffee, as well as the noisette (hazelnut) cookie; and the quiche Loraine is nice too. Thus, I think that the price-quality is fair. The staff is kind and speaks English, and the atmosphere is pleasant (especially if you sit outside), although it gives the vibes of a high-volume bakery. However, I’m pretty sure my cappuccino was a latte and made with a regular milk instead of oat milk…

Mekan çok tatlı, iki gün üst üste kahvaltı yaptık, kruvasan ve sandviç denedik, capicuno içtik gayet güzel ve hızlı idi, teşekkürler .

Nous sortons de cette magnifique boulangerie authentique, où tout respire la qualité et la fraîcheur. L’accueil a été tout simplement parfait : une charmante personne nous a conseillé le flan à la vanille… un vrai délice, fondant et savoureux ! Une adresse incontournable à Lyon pour les amateurs de bonnes choses. À tester absolument !

The apple tart here is out of this world. Also yummy sandwiches on excellent bread for a picnic hike. My favorite Boulangerie in the old district on our 4 day stay in Lyon.

Best pastries I had in Lyon! I love every bite of pain au chocolat/ croissant/ flûte/ vanilla and sesame flan, also the staff are all very friendly, will definitely come back if I come back to Lyon!!

Boulangerie Saint Paul does great croissants, especially given that my visit was later in the day. Refusing to be distracted, it was all I ordered, and even at 6 PM, their croissants maintain a delightful flakiness, paired with a rich, buttery taste that sets them apart. This level of quality in the evening hours is a true testament to their superior baking skills. A must-visit for croissant enthusiasts seeking a consistently excellent pastry experience.
