Le Grand Liban

We absolutely loved our dinner here! The food was full of flavor and tasted so fresh — every single dish was a hit. The mezze spread was perfect for sharing (the kibbeh and falafel were some of the best we’ve had), the skewers were juicy and well-seasoned, and we finished everything off with delicious, flaky baklava. Service was friendly and attentive without ever feeling rushed. If you’re looking for authentic Lebanese food with great portions and a warm ambiance, this is the spot. Highly recommend!!

Wir waren eine Nacht in Lyon und haben ein vegetarisches Restaurant mit glutenfreiem Essen gesucht und Le grand Liban gefunden- wir haben direkt über Google reserviert, da das extra da stand. Wir sind über die Altstadt zu Fuß hingelaufen und ein so süßes kleines Restaurant mit libanesischen bezahlbaren Köstlichkeiten. Das Personal konnte super englisch und wir haben die Speisekarte ausgeschöpft. Die Vorspeisen ob kalt oder warm kosten alle 8,90-11€ ca und es war wirklich super lecker. Sehr cool war, dass alles ausgeschildert war ob es vegan, glutenfrei, milchfrei etc. ist. Wir haben zu 4. 8 Vorspeisen und Tee und ein Dessert gehabt und 81€ bezahlt und können es nur empfehlen. Nice restaurant but expensive for the quality of food and service. The place is nicely run, with friendly service. The atmosphere is cosy. The food plentiful but lacking in some flavour- particularly the humus which tasted like it was pre- bought? The lamb skewer was tiny and came half way through the meal- it was certainly not worth the €8 spent on it- it was also over cooked. The bread wasn’t fresh and was stale. It was clearly shop bought as we can buy the exact same in London. I can’t highly recommend this restaurant especially at the price it serves its food.

Très belle expérience entre collègues dans ce restaurant du centre de Lyon ! Des plats vraiment excellents, des entrées aux plats ! Pleins d’options véganes (qui sont même précisées sur la carte) ! Des serveurs ultra sympathiques malgré un service un tout petit peu long (mais qui ne vaut pas une note globale plus basse) Je recommande grandement !

Food: so authentic and a delicious variety of food. the meat was all perfectly cooked and juicy, easy to eat as well with perfectly balanced dips. was so fulfilling with the best dessert at the end. (also a really good complimentary wine recommenced by the waiter) Service: really welcoming and friendly. easy to talk to and very approachable with any questions. Atmosphere: the background music is the best. really sets the vibe making the whole experience so much better. the food is so much more enjoyable with such a friendly environment. amazing food, amazing service, amazing vibe. overall, experience was so good!

Lovely Lebanese food Fresh food served. Loved the hummus, bread and everything! Very fragrant dessert pudding made of rose, pistachio and coconut juice. Friendly and happy environment. Many thanks to Matthieu for the hospitality
