My family and I first contacted Francois' taxi services in 2016, and since then, he has become our go-to whenever we're in the Lyon area for business, which is quite often (once or twice a year). Francois is not only kind and professional, but he's also incredibly helpful, consistently going above and beyond to ensure the highest level of service and customer satisfaction. We would echo what other reviewers have said. François is fabulous. Well-organised, punctual, tremendously helpful with frail relative. He was willing to drive 5 hours for pick-up and return to Lyon airport. How many taxi drivers do you know who would be prepared to do that! More than highly recommended.

Our driver was Francois. He is the best, punctual and knows where he is going. He is a local and knows which roads to avoid during busy times. He is fluent in both English and French. He is helpful and will give you suggestions if you ask him. Great driver and would recommend him every time for someone looking for a ride in Lyon.

I had sent a request to book a taxi for my executive traveling to France (her first visit to the country). After sending the details, they responded that she could pay in the car, no problem to me. When I responded one week ago and asked for a confirmation, I received no response. I went ahead and booked with another company since I had not received a confirmation and sent them an email stating to cancel my request and I had booked another form of transportation. I received this response "??". I responded back again stating that I had not received a confirmation so I booked with another company. Francois from Lyon Taxi Prestige responded back "Was nicer to work With Mr XXXXXX(name hidden) etc. For sure everything is cancelled" I am appalled at this service and will communicate to the rest of my company to never use this service. You should always treat every customer with kindness and this is somewhere we do not need to patronize.

Lyon Taxi Prestige représente LE service idéal pour mes trajets professionnels : accueil, ponctualité, courtoisie, conduite, confort. Tout est fait pour que mon trajet soit le plus agréable, des attentions comme les friandises jusqu'à l'écoute de mon podcast préféré. La prestation est centrée sur l'usager et sa satisfaction, ce qui est très appréciable à chaque trajet. Bref, je recommande vivement Lyon Taxi Prestige !

5 star service!! I strongly recommend it. François is very pleasent and friendly, so is always a pleasure to travel with him. He gives a lot of good sugestions and recommendations, like restaurants and places to visit, so we can appreciate the best of the city during our stay. The Car is always very clean and some details, like water and sweets are always offered. Thanks a lot for all your help and sugestions, we had a perfect weekend!! 🙂
